Corban University welcomes students from a variety of denominational backgrounds. Corban does not require students to be in agreement with all elements of our Statement of Faith but we do ask that students are familiar with the statement and understand that it provides the foundation for biblical integration that occurs throughout all academic programs.
Corban University’s admission policy also requires that students have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Please carefully review and respond to the following statements.
As a Christian university, Corban is committed to providing a Christian education for life and service. It is our conviction that learning and the Christian faith are inseparable. We are committed to the Bible as our standard of faith and practice. We also believe it is in the best interest of the university that the students adhere to our lifestyle policies. Corban students are responsible for upholding behavioral standards which exist for the betterment of the community. Language is to be appropriate for a Christian academic environment as well. Students will show proper respect for their bodies, which are the temple of the Holy Spirit, by abstaining from practices harmful to the body and from immorality. Corban standards also include responsibility for being faithful in church attendance and classes. We believe these standards have been designed to promote an academic environment conducive to growth.
